We recommend at least 10 Mbps for HD, 15 Mbps for Full HD and 25 Mbps for 4K, per screen. A wired connection or a 5 GHz Wi-Fi band gives the steadiest picture.

Yes. A 7-day trial costs $5 and includes the full channel list and library on one device. It is a paid trial, not a free one, which lets us keep the servers fast for paying customers.

Yes. Plans come in 1, 2, 4 and 5 device options. The device count is how many screens can stream at the same time, not how many devices you can install it on.

Most freezing comes from Wi-Fi drops or a busy home network. Restart your device and router, move closer to the router or use a cable, and close other heavy downloads. If one channel still freezes, tell us which one on WhatsApp so we can check it.

Order on our site and pay by card through our secure checkout. The first payment may ask you to verify your identity, which takes about two minutes. Our How to Pay page walks through each step.

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we will move you to a longer plan or add screens. You only pay the difference for the time left on your account.
