Send us your MAC address
Find the MAC address on the sticker under the box (it starts with 00:1A:79). Send it to us on WhatsApp with your order so we can link it to your account.

Set up RX IPTV on MAG Box
Add the RX portal to a MAG 250, 254, 322, 424 or similar.

Step
Open the portal settings
On the box go to Settings → System settings → Servers → Portals.
Step
Enter the portal
Set Portal 1 name to RX and Portal 1 URL to the portal address we send you. Press OK to save.
Step
Restart the box
Go back and choose Restart portal (or unplug the box for 10 seconds). RX loads with your channels.
Tip
If you replace your MAG box, the MAC address changes. Send us the new one and we will move your account over.
If something goes wrong
It says “STB blocked” or loops on loading
Your MAC address is not linked yet, or there is a typo in the portal URL. Double-check it, then message us.
